Legs for Size

Today I hit legs. Went with lighter weight for more reps. Got a really good workout in on my legs today and had a little trouble walking out of the gym. One more workout to go tomorrow and my first week of my pre-contest prep is in the books. 16 more weeks to go. I will be posting pictures on Sunday and then every two weeks after to show my progress.
