Chest & Back workout

I did chest & back today for size/strength. I wasn't able to do bent rows for my back because both machines were occupied, so I skipped them today. I hope that doesn't effect my workout next Tuesday. All in all it was a very effective workout. And I did HIIT cardio for the 1st time in a long time. I better get used to cardio. I'm going to be doing a lot starting the first of February.

Here is my workout:
Bench Press
1 warm up set
145x10(3)

Inc DB press
80x8
70x10
60x8 - I was spent from starting with 80's. Trying for 12 reps.

Cable crossovers
25x15
30x12,10

Bent rows - Skipped - Gym is to small - Don't have enough equipment

Pulldowns
140x10(3)

Seated cable rows
120x10
140x8,10

Cable pullovers
35x15
42.5x12 (2)

Weighted Inc crunch w/12 lb med. ball - 3 sets for 15

Cardio
3 min warm up
10 minutes HIIT - 100% for 15 sec, 50% for 45 sec
3 min cool down.

Tomorrow - 30 minutes cardio and then off to Hooters & WWE wrestling at Wells Fargo Arena.
