Today was delts, biceps, and triceps. Still have this dumb cold and my nose ran consistently while I was working out but I managed to get through my workout OK. This is my shoulder size day, so I do less weight and drive the weight up quickly for explosiveness for my power days.

Also, Dad and I are going to run to Push, Pedal, Pull to purchase a Stationary Bike on Saturday. I am excited for that.
